PETALS AND LACE FLORAL PRESERVATION
~ TERMS ~
Contact us before your flowers are delivered for preservation.
A
nonrefundable deposit is required and space must be available to preserve your
flowers.
· Petals and Lace Flower Preservation will not assume liability for any damage to the
flowers prior to their arrival at Petals and Lace.
· Replacement flowers are available for a nominal cost.
· Prices are subject to change and do not include tax, shipping and handling.
· A nonrefundable deposit is required before the flowers are preserved.
· Petals and Lace creations are all custom designed, so all sales are final.
· All costs for changes or alterations requested by the customer, after the Artwork
is completed, will be added to the customer's account.
· Customers will be notified via phone or email of the completion of their Artwork.
· The balance due must be paid prior to receiving the completed Artwork.
· Canceled orders will be subject to the surrender of the deposit and the completed
Artwork and it's contents.
· When Paying by Check payment in full is required at Order Placement, A $25.00
fee will be charged for returned checks.
